Mission:  To be the best youth football organization possible by keeping the interests of the children firstand maintaining strong values which include sportsmanship, teamwork, responsibility, and commitment.

Purpose:  The Central Virginia AYFC is a tackle football and cheerleading youth organization based in Chesterfield County, Virginia.   The boys and girls who participate in our various football and cheering programs and age divisions range in age from 5 to 14 years old.  Central Virginia AYFC operates the following programs every year: Fall Football & Cheering, Spring Football and a Spring 7 on 7 Passing Challenge.  In order to provide a competitive schedule that reinforces our Mission Statement, these programs compete against teams across several counties in Virginia.  The Central Virginia AYFC is proud to be affiliated with the nationally recognized USA Football and American Youth Football organizations.Central Virginia AYFC is a recognized 501c3 organization.

Philosophy:  Our philosophy is to constantly work on improving our organization to provide a positive and constructive environment to learn the game of football and to give each player an opportunity to have fun while being part of one of our teams!We understand that as a team we will achieve success by focusing on teaching the basics of football and cheer. We will teach the fundamentals to every player so they can be successful and develop the confidence to move on to the next level. Every player will be treated fairly and know that they are an important part of the team and their contributions are valued. We believe that children can learn valuable life lessons from the game of football.
