The cost for All Stars is $40

Please make your payment on July 11th at the All Star Meeting Event

Players will need to be sized for shirts/pants/hats and will need to pick their number.

Please complete a new medical waiver medical_release_form.pdf

New All Star Players need to provide this completed School form   school-enrollment-form 2.pdf along with a sealed Birth Certificate.
