Durango, CO - The U12 girls "Dynamite" team, coached by Nikki Koloff, did community service for Adaptive Sports. We met with Tim Kroes, director of Adaptive Sports, at Buckley park on Saturday, October 16th. He explained their program and how they help atheletes with disabilities. Then the girls split into small groups and asked businesses downtown if they could hang Adaptive Sports fliers in their store windows? (The fliers were advertising the need for more volunteers for AS) The businesses were very receptive to the girls in their DYSA uniforms.
