Durango, CO -  In April, the U10 Heat found out that Coach Ginny's 5-month-old nephew was going to need a heart transplant (during the time of the fundraiser he successfully underwent a heart transplant).  They decided they wanted their GOAL Community Service to benefit Liam, Ginny's nephew.  They received pledges for scoring goals (and ended up with 16 in their last 4 weekends!!), did a 50-50 raffle during the Duragno Shootout and set-up lemonade stands in Liam's honor.  The girls raised $1262 that will go to COTA in honor of Liam Maddox to help with transplant related costs.  Way to go Heat!!
