Coach Kurt has served our country, our education system, and now is ready to take on our Flowers Plantation Parks and Recreation Community. He served in the US Air Force for over 20 years all while coaching kids ages 5 to 35, from t-ball to college football and soccer. He then went back to school to get his Master’s Degree in Recreation and Sport Science from Ohio University before embarking on a 10+ year career teaching, coaching, and administering at the interscholastic and intercollegiate levels. The past few years he spent working with and mentoring high school kids who had made poor choices. Coach Kurt is a United States Soccer Federation Nationally Licensed Soccer Coach and has many other diplomas and certifications. He enjoys being surrounded by active enthusiasts and looks forward to doing his part to make Flowers Plantation such a special place to live.
