MYAA Photo and Video Disclaimer

At times, MYAA will take photographs, audio, and/or video during MYAA events.  MYAA reserves the right to use for the purpose set forth below, any photograph or video taken during an event, including but not limited to photographs and videos of youth players and participants, adults and guardians, and coaches, without the expressed written permission of those individuals and/or their legal guardians.    

MYAA may use the photographs and videos in promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other forms of media, including social media (i.e., website, Facebook page, Instagram page, etc.) 

Any person who does not want their image (photograph or video) or the image of their child used as described, should advise MYAA by sending an email to [email protected].
Unless you advise the MYAA to refrain from the use of any photograph or video image of either you or your child, you are consenting to the use of said photographs and/or videos for the purpose set forth above; and you agree to release and hold harmless the MYAA from any and all liability, claims, and/or causes of action arising out of the use of said photographs and/or videos and you agree to defend and indemnify the MYAA against any such liability, claims or causes of action.
