The goal of our program is to provide children from ages 5 to 14 with the basic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship necessary to succeed on and off the field. Above all we want our participants and parents to have fun and be proud of their local youth teams.   The Carolina Bears Youth Organization continues to strive to bring unique opportunities and challenges through our program to the youth in the Concord area and surrounding communities. We hope to continue to improve the lives and futures of our youth and prepare them for the educational, athletic, and life challenges that await them, as they grow older.
