In Fall of 2019 River Soccer Club introduced a new program to support our elite players, RSC’s Performance School.  The program is designed to meet the unique needs and ambitions of RSC's very best players, roughly the top 10%.

The Performance School is designed around the player; it is a multimodal, individualized program.  Players that are accepted into the program will receive supports and modifications in addition to the typical travel season: 

Supports:	Modifications:
-Being a Student-Athlete	-Additional training sessions with PS players- Fridays
-Career Counseling	-ODP or DFA
-Performance psychology & mental  toughness	-Strength/Speed/Agility Training
	-Opportunities to play up and to play abroad   -Guest playing with top clubs in the region

Players are nominated by RSC coaches, Performance School staff review the nominees to make a determination, new players are admitted on a rolling basis.  Current Performance School players will be reviewed annually, for inclusion in the following season. 

The Performance School will be free to all players that are accepted.
