Below is the link needed to Volunteer for the Fall 2021 baseball season.

Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Dugout Coach, and Team Coordinator are all required to complete this form before being considered for a volunteer position.

Once the above Volunteer form is submitted, you will be emailed a link to the background check form.

This needs to be completed before your first practice.  If it is not complete, you will not be able to participate in your first practice.

Head coaches will be informed of this and it will be their responsibility to follow up with your commissioner to confirm.

Please Note: Team Coordinators are NOT required to complete a background check as they do not help with players.
