"Your job is not to judge, humiliate or to ridicule.  Your job is not to lay hands on your peers in frustration or anger.  Your job is to lift the fallen, to restore the broken, and to heal the hurting" (Author Unknown).

Bullying and assault are serious violations. Toledo PAL is taking steps to ensure that any child who participates in a PAL program is safe and protected from any form of Bullying, Harassment or assault.   Toledo PAL is committed to each participant’s success in learning and having fun within a caring, responsive, and safe environment that is free of discrimination, violence, and bullying.  Our organization works to ensure that all participants and volunteers have the opportunity and support to develop to their fullest potential and share a personal and meaningful bond with kids in our programs.  We believe it is particularly important at this time to send a clear message to our parents and volunteers that there is a zero tolerance for these destructive behaviors in our programs.  We will provide fair and clear expectations, policies, and consequences regarding these matters.

Please, help us protect our youth, If you hear, see, or have knowledge of such occurrences of any type of Bullying, harassment, or assaults, please bring it to the attention of our PAL staff immediately so that we may promptly investigate the matter.    For more information to assist you and your child through difficulties, please visit: Teen Health >
