• MBA coaches will be required to use the website in order to secure practice fields.
• Only allocated Managers and Assistant coaches have access to book practices through the team pages.
• At the draft, coaches sign up for practice day/time slot(s). Coaches have until the following Wednesday to load their practices into the website, following the paper signup sheet days/fields.
• The Thursday following the draft, any open practice field allocated to your division can be booked if it's available. 
• Practices MUST be booked only on the fields allocated to your division.

Do NOT call the city under any circumstances with scheduling/field conflicts.  Work it out for that day, then contact your Divisional VP.

NOTE – this access will only be available after Divisional VPs allocate coaches and post the rosters.  This applies to all MBA affiliated teams (In House, N60, Jr. Warriors, and Cobras)

• Log into www.mchenrybaseball.com
• Access your team page from ‘My Account’

• Access the ‘Calendar’ and click ‘Create Event’
• Choose ‘Practice’
• Find an available field and book the practice.
