The Home Team in each game is required to designate an individual (preferably the Team Manager) to serve as the Field Marshal for that game. The Field Marshal is responsible for carrying a radio, to be used for contacting Tournament HQ personnel or Athletic Trainers, as needed, and also for completing the Game Report form in a notebook provided to them, obtaining referee/coach signatures, and using the radio to call-in the score to Tournament HQ. At the conclusion of the game, the Field Marshal identifies the Home Team's representative from the following game, and hands-off the materials to that individual (and so on, throughout each day).

If your team is the Home Team for the first game of a day (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday), you are responsible for coming to Tournament HQ (in the main office of the indoor soccer center at Soccerplex) and picking up the Field Marshal materials.

If your team is the Home Team for the last game of a day, you are responsible for returning the Field Marshal materials to Tournament HQ.
