Dan Kincaid has been coaching youth and high school soccer in the Syracuse area since 2004. He graduated from SUNY Oswego with a B.S. in Business administration and a minor in coaching as he played 3 years collegiate for the Lakers. Dan also has been the varsity boy’s assistant at Baldwinsville high school since 2007 and is a Baldwinsville alumnus. In 2016 New York state West Soccer named Dan “girls” Competitive Coach of the Year.
Coaching Experience:
Dan is currently the 2004 Nike Blue girls head coach. Over the years Dan has coached several different teams at the club level. From 2005 to 2009 as a member of CNY United he worked with U12 and U15 Boys while being an assistant on the u17 boys. In 2010 Dan joined Syracuse Fusion as a coach where he lead a boys’ team from u15 to u18 and a u14 girls’ team to u19. Both teams had many members reach success at the college level. Such success help Dan become the Syracuse Fusion Director of coaching and later named Club Vice President. As an assistant coach at Baldwinsville high school Dan has helped the Bees to 7 sectional titles, 4 regional titles and 3 trips to the State final 4. From 2006 to 2009 Dan was also the Empire State Games women’s open head coach. His first 2 years coaching where from 2004-05 at Phoenix high school.

Playing Experience:
Played varsity soccer at Baldwinsville high school where he helped the Bees to a career 29-9-2 record. He then went on to play at SUNY Oswego where he was a starter his junior and senior year and was also named Captain his senior year. In 2002-03 was named to the SUNYAC all-academic team. Dan was a member of the 2007 CNY United FC team in the PASL.
