Each player will go into one of the phases below depending on their age.

PHASE ONE: 4-6 years old:
Developing “First Skills”: Learning through Fun

PHASE TWO: 7-11:
Developing “Core Skills”: Improving the Individual

PHASE THREE: 12-16:
Developing “Team”: Developing an effective team player
