ALL COACHES AND TEAM VOLUNTEERS MUST complete the new Concussion in Sports Certification 
managed by the CDC for Fall 2019.

This is required by a Federal Law AND is now a condition of our insurance with MSYSA (MD State Youth Soccer Association).
Upon completion of the course you MUST UPLOAD your certificate onto your Stack Sports account. 
               Teams will NOT be allowed to play in any game until all registered volunteers have completed the training and have valid certificates on file.

                    When you click “Learn More” for Concussion Training, you are brought to a page for the CDC Heads Up Concussion Course.  You need to create an account, and the CDC will then send you an email confirmation, including a link to the course.  When you click the link, you launch the course.  There is a 25 question pre-test, followed by 6 modules of varying length.                   

When you’ve completed the Concussion Training, you will need to save your completed course certificate (.png, .pdf, or .jpg) and upload it to your Stack account.  There is no verification after you hit “Upload.”  Trust that it is there (it will show up 24 hours later) and please save your certificate.
