Coach Payton will be serving as the 14-2 Head Coach for the 2018-2019 season at IVC! She has been coaching at Endurance for 8 years and IVC for 4. Payton has played volleyball over half of her life, including time as a setter/RS at Lambert High School and IVC. After a knee injury, she finished out her senior year playing beach. Payton has previously served as the assistant coach to the 13-1 and 14-1s teams as well as head coaching the 16-3s for the 2017-2018 season at Intensity.
