Peoria FC United Travel Team Families Volunteer Requirements

Required Hours Per Family
Fall Season (Aug - Jan) - 2 hours
Spring Season (Jan - Jun) - 2 hours
Tournament Hours – 2 volunteer hours per family per tournament
IMPORTANT: Tournament volunteer hours are in addition to this regular season requirement.

Families can opt-out of volunteer hours for 1 season for $100 ($200 for the year).
If you would like to opt-out of your duties, please contact the Director of Administration at [email protected]
Any family that does not fulfill their volunteer duties by Dec 31st (Fall) or June 30tht(Spring) will be automatically charged the opt-out fee for the season. You may not opt out of tournament volunteer hours.

Financial Assistance Volunteer Hours 
Any family on scholarship is required to volunteer an additional 8 hours per season. These hours are in addition to the regular volunteer hours required of all families (see Volunteer Policy for more information). Failure to volunteer will result in the removing of the scholarship and may result in the player being ineligible to practice or play.   

Signup Genius
Please note that ALL volunteer hours are registered through signup genius. Even if you selected a volunteer area in blue sombrero when you accepted your player invitation, you must still sign up for a slot using sign up genius. Links for regular season hours are available by clicking on the links below. Tournament links will be provided to you prior to our home tournament. 

Volunteer Check-In
All volunteers should check-in on the sheet at the desk located next to the indoor fields when they arrive.
Volunteers will only receive credit for their work if they check-in.

  • These hours count towards your Fall 2019 regular season volunteer requirement
  • Each family must sign up for 2 hours during the Fall season
  • Each slot is 1 hour with the exception of outdoor crew which is 2 hour slots; the times listed on each date are the available time frames the facility will be open for you to come and complete your task; volunteer duties are to be completed on the date associated with the slot you sign up for.
  • Be sure to sign the check-in sheet located on the desk next to the indoor field. Please see our Director of Facilities or Director of Administration in the front office if you have any questions. 
  • All cleaning equipment can be found in the cleaning closet - code 6155. Please see our Director of Facilities or Director of Administration for assistance in retrieving supplies.
