Registration Steps

Your team manager and/or coach should send you a registration link to register for the team. 

You can avoid the credit card transaction fees by paying by personal check.  However, if you choose this option, you must pay the entire Seasonal Year's participation fee in advance.  To do so:

1) Write your personal check, payable to "MSI", for the full amount of the Seasonal Year's participation fee.
2) In the Memo field of the check, note your child's name and Academy age group.
3) Mail the completed form and check to the the following address:

MSI does not have a professional affiliation, therefore the players will not need to submit documentation to MSYSA for International Clearance. The answers to questions regarding nationality and country of birth must match the proof of age document uploaded (passport or birth certificate).  The US Soccer Federation will be monitoring the information from the back end of the registration system.
