January 9, 2018 Meeting Minutes

Attendance:  Allison Evans, Amanda Smith, Atley Davidson, Courtney Armstrong  

*Head Coaches in attendance:   
(HS Girls Sky Spraker, HS Boys Pat Wagner, MS Girls Danielle Flaig, MS Boys Mike Lisowski, 12U Girls Erica Mertz, 12U Boys Kendall Harrison)

*Registration live. Must have US LAX #s or renewal before they can practice. (Jennifer Langworthy will make 5 Yard Signs for Nolan/Thrasher/MS/HS/Shackleford entrances)
*Financial Update (Allison emailed)
*Athletic Shop opens after Registration

*Field Usage - 6 HS Girls and 6 HS Boys games will be played at Shackleford Field.

*Blue Line Light Rental (until time changes) runs on gas. $450 per light per month. $125 delivery fee. $2595

*Tifni Herlevic will line fields.

*Atley will wrap Goals.

*Atley will send dates to Soccer.

*Uniforms - Same as last year
*Shooting Shirts - HS Girls and HS Boys (same as last year)

*Practice pennies - One sided with no #s.
*Helmet Wraps for HS Boys.

*Allison will talk to Shannon Vatter/Amy Sowell about Uniforms.

*Storage Unit - How much would Pat's Dad charge us for one?

*Equipment Needs - Hectors/Balls

*Coaches need to Haul Cages

*Balls - Pearl too expensive (Everyone has 1 Bucket. 100 balls per bucket) Needs: MS Girls 0, HS Girls 1/2, HS Boys 2

*Rebounders instead of Brick Wall? (Need 1)
*Portable Back Nets (6) $300 each

*Spring Classic All Day Event (Amy Sowell) March 24, Full games/Lights for HS, MS,12U/Play Farragut?/Raffle?/Eddie the Eagle Mascot

*Practices/Fields/Beginning Dates: 

HS Girls Band Field 1-22 M-T-TH-F (2:45-4:45) **Note shared space for 15 minutes

MS Boys Band Field 1-29 M-T-TH-F (4:30-6:00) **Note shared space for 15 minutes

HS Boys Band Field 1-16 M-T-TH-F (S?) 5:45-7:15 **Note shared space for 15 minutes

MS Girls Dressler Field 2-5 M-T-TH-F 5:30-6:45

12U Girls Dressler Field  

12U Boys Hedges Field 2-5 M-W-F 5-6:30
*Need Concussion Forms Signed and brought to practice.
