Reach your fitness goals in 2018 by training to compete at the inaugural Belmont Rowing 2K Erg Sprint Competition on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Gaston Day School.
Training sessions will be held at the LKN Indoor Rowing Studio located in the rear of The Community School of Davidson High School campus at 404 Armour Street, Davidson NC 28036.
Use Sign Up Genius to reserve your erg for the three sessions per week that best fit your schedule. Class times Monday @ 7:15pm, Tuesday or Thursday @ 6 am, Thursday @ 4:45 pm, Saturday @ 9 am. If you can't make a session, we will provide you with a workout plan that you can complete either on or off the erg.

Water bottle
Comfortable but not baggy, athletic clothing,
Socks
Yoga mat (suggested, not required)
