Adult League Rules

Age:	Adults, 18 and up.
Gender:	Coed Teams
Players on Field:	11 per team (10 field and 1 keeper)
Minimum # on Field:	9 per team (to prevent forfeit)
Total Players per Team:	14-16
Referees:	2
Ball size:	5

Substitutions:	Team with possession on a throw-in may substitute with permission of the Referee(s). Both teams may substitute prior to the throw-in if the team in possession is substituting. Both teams may substitute at goal kicks and kick-offs with permission of the Referee(s).

Duration of Game:	20 minute quarters 2 minutes at quarter breaks
	5 minutes at half time
	89 minutes total time

Laws:	FIFA Laws of the Game, except -
	NO slide tackling Referee explains laws/rules to players as a teaching aid
Special Rules:	Each player must play at least half of the time they are at the field. If they leave early or arrive late, the time should be adjusted appropriately.
Injuries:	If a coach enters the field to check an injured player, the player must leave the field. Coaches should try to re-enter the player, if possible, to maximize playing time for each player. Both teams substitute at stoppage of play, with permission of the Referee.
