Row & Flow consists of a challenging ~ 30 minute cardio and strength workout on the erg followed by a 30/45 minute yoga session. First you work your muscles and then you stretch -- building strength and flexibility.
New to rowing? Send us an email at [email protected] and we will meet you 45 minutes before the start of class to review your technique. New to yoga? Our yogi Nancy will gently talk you through every stretch and pose.
