Row & Flow

Row & Flow consists of a challenging ~ 30 minute cardio and strength workout on the erg followed by a 30/45 minute yoga session. First you work your muscles and then you stretch -- building strength and flexibility.

New to rowing?  Send us an email and we will arrange to meet you at the studio 30 minutes prior to class for one-to-one instruction.  New to yoga? Our yogi Nancy will gently talk you through every stretch and pose.

With prior rowing experience, you send us an email and we can meet with you prior to a class to go over technique.
You can then purchase a class pass and sign up on our Sign Up Genius page to reserve your erg.
