Row & Flow

Row & Flow consists of a challenging ~ 30 minute cardio and strength workout on the erg followed by a 30/45 minute yoga session. First you work your muscles and then you stretch -- building strength and flexibility.

New to rowing?  Send us an email and we will arrange to meet you at the studio 30 minutes prior to class for one-to-one instruction.  New to yoga? Our yogi Nancy will gently talk you through every stretch and pose.

With prior rowing experience, you can drop in on a session ($15 fee) or purchase a class pass and sign up on our Sign Up Genius page to reserve your erg.
