Coach Zimmerman has been a part of the GABL Academy for many years as the GABL Curriculum Coordinator and now has moved into the role of Director of Coaching. Coach “Z” played collegiate football at Emporia State University and coached high school basketball at Piper High School and currently coaches track at Olathe West. He is the 6th grade boys and 3rd  grade girls GABL Future Head Coach. Coach Z has been on the coaching staff for Olathe West Varsity Football as well as the head boys 8th grade coach at Pioneer Trail Middle School where he teaches Physical Education.
