The $150 registration fee must be paid via your Blue Sombrero (BS) account or mail a check made out to "FCDEC" with players full name in the memo field of the check. 

NOTE: Registration has to be paid and all paperwork received so player cards can be processed and issued prior to participating in any event (to include practices).  This is an FYSA and US Club requirement.
