Website and Mobile Application

Coaches our web site has many useful features that can help you manage your team throughout the season. I also suggest you download the Dick's Team Manager mobile application as well that is available for Android and iOS. This application will be your main tool for communicating with parents. Using the application you can:

Communicate with your parents or team
View your game schedule.
View RSVP's for practices and games.

The mobile app uses you same account information to login as the website and has many of the same features. The following Help Page explains how to get started with the application.

Communicating With My Team

We highly encourage coaches to use the Team Manager mobile application to communicate with your team.

Within our website each team has a team page that can be accessed from the main menu.

Team Central -> Team Directory -> Team Home

This page offers limited functionality as most functionality is withing the mobile application, from the Team page you can view your schedule, e-mail your team, and schedule practices.

Calendar and Scheduling Practices

One of the nice features of the site is the team calendar, this not only shows you your current game schedule but also allows you to schedule practices. Parents can also have visibility on the site in addition they can link the calendar to their own calendar and see practices.

All coaches must use this feature to schedule practices, using this allows you to see which fields are available for what dates and times for practice and see if there is already a practice or game. It also allows other coaches to see your practices.
