Exercise #1 will be preformed as a warm-up before training and games by all GUSA Jr. Academy teams. These should also be perfected at home and considered as homework on evenings when players are not on the field.
Additional Exercises/links can be, and should be, used as a resource for self-motivated players looking to work on their craft.

#1. Dribbling Through the Cones - Cones 1 yard apart.

#2. Touches on the ball - Using all surfaces of the foot; Laces, inside, outside and sole. HIGHLY ENCOURAGED!!!!

#3. Advanced touches - Using all parts of the foot.
