For players wanting to continue playing ball after the regular house season, CSBA offers a variety of extended season programs:
Summer Sandlot - a FREE program open to CSBA players (ages 7-9), designed to allow young players the opportunity to play instructional games through the month of July. The rules follow the Rookie Major division; with a combination of coach/kid pitch (to ensure hitting/fielding opportunities). Teams will be split up each week, a full game will be played with volunteer umpires. Players must have participated in House program to register in Sandlot program.
Camillus Wildcat Programs (10u, 11u, 12u) - to be eligible for a Wildcat program, players must have participated in a House program during the Spring season. Player selection will be completed following a formal tryout/evaluation. Tryout schedules will be communicated and posted on CSBA's calendar of events.
Teams will have individual practices, participate in local-travel leagues in the greater Syracuse area (i.e. Diamond Pioneer, or Camillus Summer Classic League) and may participate in local area tournament and/or play-dates. League and Tournament participation may vary season to season, dependent on level of interest and competitiveness.
