For each game, a coach must have a filled out lineup card to hand to the referee at the start of the game.   The line up card should have all players on the team listed whether present or not.     The referee will use the line up card to reference score of game, who score goal, and also note game activity.     At the end of the game the Referee will turn in the card to the Referee Administrator.

Coach should also keep a separate copy to keep track of players participation such that all players can play 3/4 of a game before a full game is played.
