All 15U-18U athletes must complete and turn in, Miami Elite's College Recruitment Form to an ME Director. In addition, and to assist in your personal recruiting process, please request your Miami Elite Student-Athlete College Info Form  from Miami Elite's Recruiting Coordinator, Sandra Mora: [email protected] or [email protected]. 

Return the completed  Student-Athlete College Info Form and be sure to include a picture in the top right corner of the document, preferably with the athlete in her volleyball jersey. Unless otherwise requested, this document will be linked to your name in the "SIGNED & UNSIGNED ATHLETE" page.
