Pryde Athletics was founded by Ivan Ankwatsa MS. USAW, a former collegiate strength and conditioning coach, with the vision of an injury prevention-driven approach to understanding athletic movement and development. Pryde Athletics is a performance facility that utilizes advanced sports science to assess and train youth, collegiate, professional, parent athletes alike! We support and advise professional sports organizations, corporations and every day people with cutting-edge assessment, prescription and training services. Our staff is exceptional and highly educated in the field of exercise science, with over 50 years of joint experience training in a wide array of environments.
