Winter 2020 and Spring 2020 Practice Information:
Teams should not contact any local school districts or city parks and recreation departments as their personnel will refer your contact back to our office. Listed below are the rules/guidelines for those entities that allow teams to contact and rent facilities directly through their district/city. If you already have or are working with a facility and just need a FREE league liability insurance form, simply email us at [email protected] and let us know the facility that needs listed as the additionally insured and we can email you the document directly!

NYS League fees covers the cost of game facilities, uniforms, league officials/site supervisors, staff, and liability insurance. Practice facilities must be obtained by each individual team. NYS does receive select practice locations from each city for lighted venues, email us at [email protected] if you are interested in obtaining more information on availability, pricing, and locations!
Teams should utilize nearby Homeowner Association areas and neighborhood common areas for practices to avoid any added costs. Teams may utilize practice locations not listed on this list, but are not permitted to contact the school districts, parks and recreation departments for additional space as they will refer you back to our office.
Listed below are entities that will rent space to teams directly:
CITY OF GLENDALE RESIDENTS - Please DO NOT utilize Desert Valley, Hillcrest, New World, Sierra Verde, Tierra Buena, Country Gables Residential Parks. These parks are not designed for sanctioned practices and DO NOT have restroom facilities available. ANY teams utilizing these parks will be asked to leave by city and NYS personnel. Teams can request up to two weeks at available City of Glendale Parks by contacting the Parks and Recreation Department directly at 623-930-2820.
Deer Valley School District - Facilities are open for reservation directly through the school district, you can contact Tina Robinson, facility director at the district, to obtain district availability. Tina's contact phone number is 602-445-5000. Reservations must be made by the team and all fees/charges are the responsibility of the team. Fees are to be paid directly through the school district prior to start of usage.
Litchfield School District - Facilities are open for reservation directly through the school and district. Reservations must be made by the team and all fees/charges are the responsibility of the team. Fees are to be paid directly through the school district prior to start of usage.
