NC Fusion/Greensboro United is one of the leading providers of Financial Assistance to youth soccer players in the state of North Carolina. We would like to be able to provide financial assistance to all those who do not have the ability to pay. However, we have limited funds and they will be awarded to those who qualify on a first come, first served basis. It is very important to have all the Financial Assistance paperwork TURNED BY THE DEADLINES LISTED BELOW. Two things to remember:

1.  If you do not turn in the paperwork, you will not receive Financial Assistance.  
2.  Turning in the paperwork does not guarantee you will receive Financial Assistance

• All information below must be provided in order to be considered for Financial Assistance.                                               
• Recreation Programs- The maximum that a player may qualify for is 50% of the fees.
  
• Travel Programs- All players must pay the Registration and Acceptance Fees before any assistance is awarded
  
• Financial Assistance does not cover uniforms, equipment, off season camps or additional training opportunities.
  
• There is a limited amount of funds available for financial assistance awards, the amount awarded will be determined based upon the number of qualifying applications received.
  

• Due to limited funds, any applications for participation in the competitive programs received after the appropriate deadline are not guaranteed an award.

Girls (Birth years 00, 01, 02, 03) 
Applications due April 22, 2018
Notification of Award communicated by April 29, 2018

Girls (Birth years 04 - 11) and all Boys
Applications due May 7, 2018
Notification of award communicated before acceptance fee is due for each age group.

If any funds remain after the May 7th deadline, additional applications will be reviewed, and notification of award communicated by August 1st. Acceptance fees must be paid prior to notification of financial assistance award.

o    Families are required to pay any remaining balance according to the regular club payment schedule. Delays in payment may result in player ineligibility. Past due accounts may be turned over to a collection agency.

o    The application and supporting documents will be held in confidence.  Failure to submit proper documentation could result in denial of your request.

o    NC Fusion Greensboro and NC Fusion Twin City reserves the right to discontinue financial assistance at any time if the information provided is found to be incorrect.
