Phuture Phantoms youth tackle starts in second grade and continues through sixth grade.  Each coach is Heads Up certified and the equipment that we use is also certified by our vendor.  We follow the PIAA handbook for rules which the ICFL follows.  The second and third grade teams play 8:00 minute quarters.  The fourth through sixth grade teams play 10:00 min quarters.  ALL kids will have to play ten meaningful plays a game.  We are competitive and we want to be successful but our over all goal is teach and instruct and making sure each kid has an opportunity to play.

Our playbook is a condensed version of the high schools playbook.  Creating a base for these kids enables them to progress each year with their knowledge, skill level, and appreciation for the game.  Tackle games begin after the flag games and continue in grade order from youngest to oldest.

Phuture Phantoms youth tackle is an exceptional program to have your child involved in.  For many, this is their first induction into the Phantoms family. Your children will learn the fundamentals of football and each year they will grow their knowledge base and skill level.  Playing together for their town gives them the motivation and comradery necessary to culminate a successful team as they progress through middle and high schools. They will create bonds with their teammates that will last for years to come.
