Incoming Freshman Summer Baseball 2024

Registration Dates:
 
Registration Open: April 17
Registration Close: May 5
 
Program Overview:  This program is for Incoming Freshmen to LTHS, the LTHS Class of 2028, players who intend to attend LTHS and try out for the baseball team.
Dates for the program: Week of June 4 to July 17th
Practice/Game Days: Tuesday practices 5:30-7:30 & Wednesday game night 5:30 or 7:30
Where: LTISD facilities or FOD 3 home games at either of those venues and also 2 road games.

Who - everyone who signs up can play - rec players through majors select players are welcome; all skill levels and all positions encouraged
· Practice - one per week on Tuesday at LTYA FOD OR Lake Travis High School field, depending on baseball field construction
· Games - one per week on Wednesday some at LTYA FOD OR Lake Travis High School field, depending on baseball field construction, and some away games
· Uniforms - basic dri-fit T-shirts and hats included with registration; black & red socks and belts to be purchased by the player
· Cost - $225 registration fee
· Schedule - 5-7 weeks over the summer - first week in June through mid-July; no games or practices the week of July 4th week. Other teams will include - Westlake, Bowie, Johnson, Dripping Springs, and Vandegrift
o It is OK to continue to play with current select teams
o No need to skip family vacations etc. This is laid back and not an ultra-competitive end-of-the-world type commitment
  1. o Come when you can - We will have everything in GameChanger and will ask for RSVPs in advance to make sure we have enough players for each game.

Basketball shooting clinic led by LTHS Men's Varsity Basketball Coach Shaver!

Join him on Wednesday night April 17th from 6-9 PM to work on all elements of becoming a better shooter. From mechanics, form, and footwork to film study, mental approach, and decision making we will work to improve players' overall accuracy and consistency when shooting.

NBA and WNBA Summer Basketball

This is a team registration only.
Coaches bring a team and register.
When choosing a team name please an NBA or WNBA team franchise name.

League play is to be registered based on the current grade.

4 teams/ age group. This is on a first come first serve basis.

Games start the week of June 4 - 5. Tuesday or Wednesday Nights, one game per week.


Season Dates: Each team will play 1 game per week

LTYA Lil'Lettes Fall 2024

LTYA Lil'Lettes is a coed recreational dance youth program that offers every child in Kindergarten through the 6th grade the opportunity to participate regardless of ability, disability, skill level, talent or financial need.

LTYA Lil'Lettes will perform at Fall NFL Flag Football games on Saturday mornings at an LTISD Stadium. No away games.

Uniform and poms are the same as the Fall 2023 season. Bows are included in the registration fee. Poms can be purchased during the registration process. Dance uniforms are not included in the registration fee but can be purchased at one of the uniform fittings.

Lil’Lettes boots are also considered part of the uniform and therefore are mandatory. Boots can be purchased directly from Happy Feet   Click on the Star-Flexor Full Sole Boot. If you’re not sure what size to order, will have sample sizes at our uniform fittings. They do run about 2 sizes smaller than regular tennis shoes.

Fall 2024 LTYA Cheer Pop Warner

LTYA Cheer Pop Warner - Sideline Cheer Program

LTYA Cheer Pop Warner is a coed youth Cheer program. Cheerleaders will be performing sideline cheers at LTYA Tackle Football Pop Warner games. This includes all home games at a LTISD Football Stadium. Away games are optional.
No tryouts or experience necessary. LTYA Cheer programs offer every child in kindergarten through the 6th grade the opportunity to participate regardless of ability, disability, skill level, talent or financial need.

LTYA Cheer Pop Warner is not a competition program but participants will have an opportunity to perform at a local showcase/competition event.

Uniforms and poms are same as the Fall 2023 Season. New 2024 bows included in registration fee. If you need to purchase poms, this can be done during the registration process.

Mandatory Paperwork due before season starts!

 Birth Certificate (no originals, legible copy).
 Participant Contract/Parental Consent Form - name must match birth certificate exactly.
 Year of End 2024 report card for current year (4 quarters)
 *Other Requirements are determined by local program.

August 1st Practice/Conditioning begins for LTYA Pop Warner Cheerleaders.
Must complete at least 10 hours of conditioning before start of cheer season/stunting. (LTYA Cheer Camps do count towards conditioning hours)

2024 Fall Tackle Football

Dear Lake Travis Youth Football Families, Welcome to the 2024 LTYA Tackle Football Season!  


AGE IS BASED ON HOW OLD YOUR CHILD WILL BE AS OF 7/31/2024


PLAYERS SHOULD REGISTER FOR THE LOWEST POSSIBLE DIVISION IN WHICH THEY ARE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY.  

Fall 2024 Tackle Football

Registration Opens March 8th
Registration closes April 14th
Late registration will remain open past 4/14 at a $25 increase to fill out rosters only
March 24th from 1-5 equipment fitting at LTHS track stadium
2nd Equipment Fitting TBD in April/May
Teams announced no later than June 1st
Practices Start August 1st ( No summer team practices, camps, or gatherings allowed)
Player Certification Saturday 8/17. Time and Location TBD.
Pre-Season Jamboree 8/24. Time and Location TBD.
First Games 8/31
Expect to Play every Saturday 8/31 – 10/26 including the October break
There may be an opportunity to play beyond 10/26 pending team performance at an additional fee
Teams should expect 6-8 total games with some home games and the balance in the local Austin area with a potential optional travel to San Antonio.
 
Players should expect to practice 2-3 hours per day 4-5 days per week prior to school and 2-3 days per week once school starts.
Playing tackle football is a big time commitment and it is very difficult to balance playing tackle football and another sport, although some players do it.

LTYA Cheer is a coed recreational youth sports program that offers every child in Kindergarten through the 6th grade the opportunity to participate regardless of ability, disability, skill level, talent or financial need.

LTYA Rec. Cheer will participate/Cheer at Fall NFL Flag Football games on Saturday mornings, usually anytime between 9:00 - Noon. Please visit the Cheer Homepage for additional information!
