FALL 2020
Youth
All youth registered for the 2020 Archery Program received the following information through phone calls to the number that was listed on the registration form. Please check your voicemails or answering machines, or simply read the information below:
The safety class for youth Archery will be held on (TBD) at West End School. THE SAFETY CLASS IS MANDATORY for all participants, even if the child has participated in other years.
Archery T-shirts will be distributed on (TBD).
For this safety class and all days of shooting, youth in grades 3,4, and 5 will have archery on Wednesdays from 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm in the West End Gym. All youth in grades 6,7,8 will have archery on Wednesdays from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm. While September 12th is the start of our season, please note that any time West End school is closed on a Wednesday we will not have Archery that night. Participants will get their t-shirts on (TBD) and MUST wear their shirts to every Archery class. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made as the wearing the t-shirt signifies to our staff that this participant has attended the safety course and no one can shoot unless they have completed the safety course. Late registrations will be taken until (TBD) at our recreation office, 93 Greenbrook Rd. You may print a registration form from our website and enclose your check, cash, or money order prior to dropping it off at the rec office. You may drop the registration in the mail slot on the side door.
High School & Adults
High School and Adult Archery will begin on (TBD) at 7:00 pm at West End School Gym. Participants will receive their t-shirts that night. You may print a registration form from our website and enclose your check, cash, or money order prior to dropping it off at the rec office. You may drop the registration in the mail slot on the side door.
