Elsinore Valley Baseball Refund Request Form
We are sorry to hear that you are no longer going to be able to play with us this season. A copy of our Refund Policy is below for your reference and can also be found on your online receipt or our web sites policy tab. In order to start the refund process please complete and submit the below electronic refund request. Once received, we will review and process the appropriate refund. Elsinore Valley Baseball REFUND POLICY
Our league operates on money received from registration and our expenses are budgeted accordingly. EVB's refund policy is as follows:

No refunds after January 6 of the spring season, or August 18 of the fall season.
If refund is approved it will be for 100% of registration fees minus a $25 processing fee.
No processing fee will be kept if refund request is received before dates listed above AND within 30 days of registration.

I am requesting a refund even though it is after the dates stated on the Refund Policy. I realize I may receive only a partial or no refund at all but I would like the EVB Board of Directors to consider my request. I am requesting a league credit for use towards next seasons registration based on the below special circumstances (provide explanation below). I understand that this request falls outside the standard refund policy and is subject to board approval and the $25.00 processing fee. I am requesting a full refund and this request is before the Refund Policy deadline dates.
