2019 Kick Off Classic Registration
Once again we are going to offer e-registration to all teams to save everyone time. E– registration will be open through Monday August 19, 2019. Any team that misses the E-registration deadline will have two options (1) In- person registration in August date TBD at William Wilt Soccer Club GPS Address 162 Walters Road Mullica Hill, NJ 08062 (2) Check-in at the HQ tent 1 hr prior to your first game. Please see details below and if you have any questions let us know. The start of the season is a crazy time with player passes.
2019 KICKOFF CLASSIC REGISTRATION
E-REGISTRATION / CHECK-IN OPTION
Each team must be represented at registration prior to the start of their first tournament games. All teams that have paid their tournament fees are eligible for E-registration. All other teams are required to attend the In-person registration in August date TBD or make arrangements with the tournament director to check-in at the HQ tent 60 min before your first game.
Instructions for e-registration:
· Scan all required documentation and e-mail to: [email protected] no later than 8/19/19
· Label the subject line of the e-mail: 2019 Club/Team Name/Age Group/Gender E-Reg. For example: 2019 HSC/2011s/U9Boys
· Each team should send one file with ALL required documentation noted below in PDF format.
· You will receive a confirmation email that you are registered. If you do not receive this email, your team is not registered and you should contact [email protected] . All teams not registered will be required to arrive 1 hr prior to your first game
Documents required:
For US Youth Soccer, NJYS or State Passes
We will accept 2018-19 seasonal passes for US Youth Soccer, NJYS or State Passes.
For 2019-20passes we require:
· Front/back of all passes(if there is a back), coaches, players, including guest players (guest passes must be same as team passes). Passes must be all NJYS, other state organization, or all US Club, passes can’t be mixed.
· Approved roster
· Guest players written in on roster & 2019 KICKOFF Classic guest player form filled out
· Players not playing in the tournament must be crossed off
· Medical release forms-do not need to be scanned with you but must be present with you throughout the tournament. You must have them with you at all times
For 2019-20 US Club Soccer
· Front/back of all passes, coaches, players, including guest players (guest passes must be same as team passes). Passes must be either all NJYS or all US Club, but cannot be mixed.
· US Club roster
· Guest players written on roster and 2019 KICKOFF Classic guest player form filled out
· Medical Release form: do not need to be submitted but must be present with you throughout the tournament
PLEASE NOTE:
All teams must send a representative to tournament HQ before their first game of the tournament to finalize the check-in process, we can handle last minute adjustments then. You will also pick up your tournament patches and U8 sportsmanship awards. Any team failing to appear for check-in will be disqualified from the competition and will forfeit all registration fees. Throughout the weekend, all teams are required to have player passes and copies of all uploaded documents, and medical release forms available. These may be checked by tournament officials at any point during the weekend.
