	Biography:	Coach Johnson is a long time advocate for youth sports and safety and will be beginning his 3rd season in the East Wake Football League. Mr. Johnson was a starting varsity wrestler and gymnast at Herndon High School (Herndon, VA). Mr. Johnson proudly served 6 years in the United States Navy as a Deep Sea Diver during which time he was a member of the USS Puget Sound’s rugby team and the USS Grasp’s boxing team. While attending college, Mr. Johnson also worked as an equipment manager for the East Carolina Pirate’s football team. Coach Corey is the Deputy Chief of Planning and Homeland Security for North Carolina Emergency Management. He resides in Willow Springs with his wife Virginia and son Brendan Reef.
