Monday July 6th 2015 is the first day of youth football practice. We will practice at Parkrose High School on the practice field from 6pm-8pm. We will practice all 5 days this week so prepare your child for the weather. It is gonna be warm.
-Drink plenty water, stay hydrated!
-Send cold water to practice with your child
-Football cleats (No Metal Spikes Allowed)
-Wear Shorts & Tee-Shirts (We are gonna work hard)

We will finish practice a little before 8pm, so be on time to pick your child up from the practice site. We will hold a parent meeting Friday 7/10/15 7:30pm @ our practice site (Parkrose High School Practice Field) and field questions any you may have.
