Nikki (Lieb) Schwob:  Director of Lacrosse, Coach
Nikki started playing lacrosse in 5th grade when her mom began the girls youth program in her hometown, Radnor, PA.  She was a 4-year starter on her Varsity high school lacrosse and soccer team and won a state championship in each sport.  Nikki went on to be  a dual-sport athlete at the University of Virginia playing varsity soccer and lacrosse.  In lacrosse, she was a three-time First Team All-American, earned All ACC honors tree times, and won Virginia's Defensive Midfielder of the Year Award in 2006.  She was also a team captain and Tewaaraton Finalist in 2006.  While at Virginia, Nikki helped the lacrosse team to two ACC Championship Titles ('04, '06) and appeared in the NCAA National Championship game three times ('03, '04, '05), winning it all in 2004.  She played Varsity Soccer at UVA for two years ('02, '07) and was also in the U16 US National Pool.  Outside of college lacrosse, Nikki was a member of the United States National Lacrosse Team for three years ('07-'09).  She played with the US Team in the Prague Cup in 2008 and was an alternate for the World Cup in 2009.  She graduated from the University of Virginia with a Masters of Teaching in Elementary Education.  Upon graduation, Nikki worked for the United States Golf Association for 2 years before finding her passion in coaching.  She coached at two Division I programs, Cal Berkeley and Davidson College, before moving to Pinehurst, NC and founding Shine On Sports LLC and becoming Director of Lacrosse at AC Sandhills.  Since moving to the Sandhills, Nikki has sparked huge growth in the girls lacrosse game.  She started the Girls Lacrosse Program at AC Sandhills and began coaching the Pinecrest Girls Lacrosse program in 2013 and helped it become a Varsity sport (2015).  She also created the first ever girls youth lacrosse league in North Carolina (NCGLL) with Katy O'Mara (BlastLax, Carolina Fever).  Nikki coaches several camps and clinics throughout the year with Shine on Sports in addition to coaching Select Teams with ACS. Nikki resides in Pinehurst with her husband, Leighton and their two sons, Brady and Colby.

Cameron Vestermark: Coach

Cameron started playing lacrosse at Timberline High school in Boise, Id.  He learned how to play the game from his father who played lacrosse at West Point.  He grew in his game after attending a camp at West Point ran by the Hall of Fame Coach Jack Emmer.  He is a two time state champion goalie with the Timberline Wolves Lacrosse program and a state champion hockey player.  After graduating, he began his coaching career at Timberline High school.  He specialized in working with goalies and was an Assistant/Defense coach.  He was a two time state champion lacrosse coach.  The special thing about both of those teams is the fact he had to create two goalies that had never played before and at the end of the season they were state champions.  When he moved to Pinehurst, NC he was introduced to Nikki and was drawn back into the lacrosse world.  Then, he was still new to the girls game and volunteered his time with the Pinecrest Girls Club Lacrosse team.   He began to master the intricacies of the girls game and it wasn’t long before he joined the ACS family as a Select Coach.  He loves growing this great game of lacrosse and truly enjoys and believes in the coaching staff at ACS.  Cameron has coached camps for Shine on Sports and helped with several youth and high school clinics over the last couple of years.
