HVYF&CA Fall Football and Cheer Program
All registrants, both football and cheer, may request a refund if their child chooses not to play. 50% of the paid registration fee is refundable for requests made prior to July 30. The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee is non-refundable. A $25.00 processing fee will assessed on all refunds. No refunds shall be authorized/issued on or after July 30. **Military families who are unable to maintain participation in HVYF&CA at any time due to their obligation(s) to the US Military are entitled to a full refund at any time, if required. A copy of the reassignment orders shall be required to process this type of refund.
