Coerver ELITE Program 2023

The Coerver ELITE program is designed to allow players to find their own brand of soccer over the course of a 20-24 week program. Each week the players will meet once for 1.25 hours as to not overwhelm players during busy seasons, but to allow them to grow as individuals as they are learning how to become a better role player for their team.
To become a part of the Coerver ELITE program each player will have to go through an evaluation process and register for the wait list. Only when we have the perfect fit of players will we go ahead as we wish to create an environment of players with similar drive and passion. We are prepared to wait to make this happen rather than go ahead with a less than perfect program.
During the program we will show how we truly care for each and every player. We will allow players the freedom to explore their game with no retribution for failure; in fact, we challenge players to make mistakes as they build their own style of play. The program is based on each individual so we allow each player to understand it is about their growth, regardless of who else is around. There is no responsibility to a team, so players can become revitalized psychologically in a pressure free environment geared on a culture of 'serious fun'
The Pyramid Approach, combined with the Coerver Coaching philosophy, allows players to quickly gain confidence and progress through the interconnected levels of the game. Each step is integral to the others and player improvement is achieved as their techniques improve at each level!
Our focus is strictly to develop the individual’s technical (skills), physical (athleticism) and cognitive (decision making) abilities, the same abilities taught within world class organizations such as Barcelona and Manchester United
