9U (2008-2009 birth years) & 10U (2007 birth year) Traveling Program 2016-17 Season
The Burnsville Fire Soccer Club is excited to provide an enhanced U9-U10 Traveling Soccer Program. These improvements take into consideration the substantial changes in development and interest-level that our youngest players experience.
Additionally, the focus on long-term player development is aligned with US Youth Soccer and provides opportunities for year-round and seasonal athletes.

2017 Spring/Summer Season Important Dates
- Online registrations OPENS June 1, 2016
- Online registration CLOSES February 10, 2017
- Sunday, February 12 & Sunday, February 19, 2017 - 9U/10U Traveling Evaluations 6-7pm at the Savage Dome
**Players are expected to attend both days of tryouts.
- Sunday, February 26, 2017 - Once all evaluations are completed all players will receive email notification of their team placement. Commitment requires accepting the position and make a secure payment for the program. If the player does not make the commitment requirement their roster spot will be assumed declined and will be made available to the next eligible player.

Teams begin training (2x per week) starting April 1st (teams can elect to start training earlier)
MYSA League Matches take place on weeknights starting late-April and ending mid-July
Local Monthly Tournaments: 3 total events in May, June and July. There will be no out-of-area travel.
*Please note that rosters (and coaches) may change between the Fall and Spring Seasons. Athlete development and interest-levels change significantly during the seven months between Fall tryouts (July) and the Spring tryouts (February).
2016 Fall Season Important Dates

- Player Evaluations (tryouts) take place July 24-26
- Fall team rosters announced by early August
- Fall team coaches announced by early August
- Team meetings take place in mid-August

2016-17 Winter Season
Age-group pool training conducted by the professional training staff
Players sign up individually (there are no winter teams)
Sundays: 14 weeks, 1 hour each (broken into two sessions)
Age-group futsal training conducted by the professional training staff
