Coach Certification

The Dane County Area Youth Football league requires that all coaches step up to the standard and earn their USA Football Youth Coach Certification annually. Our coaches know our athletes come first. From health and well-being to performance, everything our coaches do is to help our athletes succeed.

The DCAYFL and its coaches pledge to make our athletes our top priority, and staying on top of our game is crucial for that success. We, alongside 100,000 coaches nationwide, choose USA Football's youth coach certification each year to help take our game to the next level. This certification is accredited by the United States Center for Coaching Excellence's (USCCE) National Committee for Accreditation of Coaching Education (NCACE). USA Football offers the only USCCE-accredited certification for youth football coaches.
