Our Recreational Leagues are designed to help players improve regardless of their skill or experience level. Teams are coached by volunteers. Expect a mixture of beginners and experienced players Ages 6-18 (divisions determined by birth year). Our player development model includes coaches discussing The Legacy Story during each practice.
Is the Flag Football Program for boys only or are girls allowed to participate?
Girls are welcome to participate but we expect mostly boys.
What is the division breakdown for the leagues?
The division breakdown will vary from season to season based on registration numbers. Range maximum is usually 3 years (i.e. 2006, 2007, 2008 birth dates play in the same division).
