MSA Recreation Program - Little Bees - U18 (High School)

The Recreation program at MSA is the starting point for young participants interested in soccer.  With groups ranging from age 3 – 18, or Pre-K through High School, our goal is to provide everyone an equal chance at play in a fun yet appropriately competitive environment regardless of skill level, and the opportunity to develop and learn at their own pace. Our Little Bees Program introduce group activities and the very basics of Soccer.  The U5, U6, and U7 programs begin developing core skills and a solid understanding of the game.  Throughout your child’s participation in the program, MSA volunteer staff continues to build on concepts and strategies of the game commensurate with the age of the player.  As players progress into the U8 age group, they are given the opportunity to engage in a higher level of competitive play through MSA’s Rangers and Classics programs.  Some players find these programs more appealing with the added challenge, while others remain in the Recreation program from age 4 – 18.  Whichever path you choose, we provide the tools and support to exceed your expectations, on and off the field.  This opportunity to interact will all levels of experience solidifies us as ONE Medina Soccer.

Why we need you:

Our program relies heavily on volunteers for roles such as Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and Team manager.  No real soccer experience is necessary, especially at the younger ages.  We make more experienced coaches available throughout the year for guidance along with online resources to ensure that we grow our coaches, not only our players.

Program and Fees:

The cost for our Recreation Soccer Program is $90 per season. Seasons will typically consist of 7 games, with most game days being Saturday.
Game schedules/locations, and practice schedules/locations are determined after registration is complete and teams have been created.

Remember:

The essential elements of character building and ethics in sports are embodied in the concept of sportsmanship and six (6) core principles:

Trustworthiness – Respect – Responsibility – Fairness – Caring - Citizenship

The highest potential of sports is achieved when competition reflects these “six pillars of character.”

Welcome to ONE MSA - have fun and be safe!
