In order to provide a quality program PSC coaches must strive to further their knowledge of the game. PSC by-Laws state all coaches must have a minimum of an "F" License prior to the start of their 2nd season of coaching a team. It is highly encouraged to pursue your "F" License as soon as possible. There are also online clinics that can help you strenghten your coaching knowledge.
