Cost of the Program

Competitive Team Fees:

U11 & U12 Age Groups (Play 9v9)

  • Green/White Team Player Pool $1500 Annually ($750/season)
  • Black/Grey Team Player Pool $1300 Annually ($650/season)


U13-U14 Age Groups

  • Green Teams  $1500 Annually ($750/season)
  • White Teams $1300 Annually ($650/season)
  • Black Teams $1100 Annually ($550/season)


U15-U19 Age Groups
- Only play 1 season due to High School Soccer (Girls play Club soccer in the Fall, Boys in the Spring, except U15, which is now year-round)

  • Green Teams - $750/season
  • White Teams (U15) - $650/season
  • Black Teams (U15) - $550/season
  • White/Black Teams (U16 - U19) - $750/season**

** This price is the same as the U16 - U19 Green Teams because ALL U16 - U19 teams, Green, White, and Black, now all get a tournament registration fee covered by the club, access to the Game Video services the club provides, and access to TPCA for winter training.

Uniform is also required.

Players are committing to the full calendar year as being a part of the program. The fees include all coaches fees, referee fees, player registration fees with CSA, field usage and rental fees, all team equipment (balls, cones, pinnies, etc.) and administrative costs. The fees for the Green team include entry to one State tournament (And White Teams at U11 and U12). Fees do not cover all other tournament expenses (the average cost for a tournament is $650 and is split evenly among the families participating). Fees do not include player or coach travel expenses to tournaments, including but not limited to transportation costs, food and lodging. The team must cover these expenses. Fees do not cover uniforms.


There are four easy ways to complete registration, which is only 1 time per year:

1)      One-time payment up front

2)      Two-time payment plan for Fall/Spring

3)      Eight month payment plan

4)      Ten month payment plan

 
Registration fees are nonrefundable. However, in the event a physician-documented illness or injury prevents a player from participating or a player's primary residence becomes more than 50 miles away from the St. Vrain FC office, a prorated refund will be available. A $100 administrative fee will be deducted from refunds. In addition, the number of games and tournaments played will be prorate and deducted from refunds. Under CSA rules, once registered, players are bound to their club for the entire seasonal year (from the date of registration through the following June 31), and the club to which a player is registered has the sole discretion of whether to grant a transfer to that player. The Club's decision shall be final. Players will not be allowed to play without payment of their fees or completing our scholarship application process. Finally, please be advised that CSA imposes a fee of $500 if a team forfeits a game. This penalty is not included in the fees described above and will be paid by the individual team.
