Coach Keel
Coach Frank Keel has been involved in the sport of lacrosse for over 20 years and has been coaching and personal training for the past six years. He is currently the offensive coordinator at Robinson Secondary School, 2014, 2015, and 2016 Virginia 6A State Champions.

Coach Curran has been around the game of lacrosse for 30 years. He is currently the head coach at Robinson Secondary School, 2014, 2015, and 2016 Virginia 6A State Champions.

Coach Quinn Coach Quinn was first introduced to Lacrosse as a Goaltender at Bishop Ireton by the late great Dennis Stewart. Under Dennis, the Ireton Cardinals won the WCAC in ’87 and were a finalist in Coach’s senior year ’89. Coach Quinn credits a lot of his lacrosse knowledge to Dennis Stewart.
Coach played his collegiate career at Marymount University under Dave Webster (current Dickinson Head Coach). During his career, Marymount was a CAC Conference finalist in ’94 and ’97. Coach Quinn was one of only 3 players at Marymount to be named all CAC conference for 4 years. He is also the leading scorer at Midfield in Marymount’s history and was a 3 time Captain.
After college, Coach Quinn was the Director of Lacrosse Leagues/ Travel Teams for Advantage Lacrosse. Advantage Lacrosse teams had tremendous success, winning the mythical National HS Club Championship in ’03 and Finalists in ’02.
He started coaching in High School at Woodson HS in ’98. Coached with Hall of Fame Coach, Jon Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald and Quinn won the VA State Championship in ’99 and ’00 and were state finalists in’04. The 2000 Woodson team was ranked #25th in the nation (LaxPower). Coach Aaron Solomon was the offensive MVP on the ’04 finalist team at Woodson.
Coach Quinn left Woodson for Westfield HS from ’05-‘08, helped guide Westfield HS to its only State Championship appearance in ’07. The Westfield coaching staff, led by Head Coach Gary Malm, became the first coaches to lead two different programs to the Virginia State Championship game.
Coach Quinn currently coaches Top Caliber’s 2023s. He is a self-employed, Staffing Consultant in the DC area, newly married to Zara Quinn.
