Registration notes:

 New this Season: Upload your child's birth certificate.  Birth certificates are required for age verification and using the site is a more secure way to provide the certificate.  The upload is deleted once the child's age is verified on the system.

When you select the "1 Program Available" (or "2 Programs Available) button to register your participant, you will be presented with a "Participant Update" screen with a message asking for required information. This screen has a button in the middle to upload the birth certificate. Once the certificate is uploaded, click on "Update" at the bottom to proceed with registration. The system will return to the participant screen* and you will have to re-select the "1 Program Available" (or "2 Programs Available) button to register.

*Note: If you have multiple participants, the system will present the "Participant Update" screen for each of your participants (even if they are not playing football/cheerleading).

Registration Information:

If you have previously created an account, please click "Login" at the top of the page and access the site using your login & password.  Under your "My Account" page, your participants will show available programs. Select one to proceed with registration for that sport.

If you have not previously created an account, please click "Register" at the top of the page and create an account to access csrec.org.  You should then add one or more participant(s) to your account.  The system will then show available programs -- select one to proceed with registration for that sport.
